Product Name & Description

Sodium Nickel Iron Manganese Oxide Cathode Sheet (NT03XX) is based on Aluminum foil coated by Sodium Nickel Iron Manganese Oxide (NT03XX) on a single side and can be used as the cathode for sodium-ion batteries.

Initial Charge and Discharge Test Conditions:

  • Temperature: 25°C
  • Charge: First, charge at a constant current of 0.1C to 4.0V, then charge at a constant voltage until the current drops below 0.02C.
  • Discharge: Discharge at a constant current of 0.1C to 2.0V.

Rate Performance Test Conditions:

  • Temperature: 25°C

  • Charge: First, charge at a constant current of 0.5C to 4.0V, then charge at a constant voltage until the current drops below 0.02C.
  • Discharge: Discharge at constant current rates of 0.1C, 0.2C, 0.5C, 1C, 2C, and 3C to 2.0V.

Cycle Test Conditions:

  • Temperature: 25°C
  • Charge: First, charge at a constant current of 0.5C to 4.0V, then charge at a constant voltage until the current drops below 0.02C.
  • Discharge: Discharge at a constant current of 1C to 2.0V.

Instructions For Use

1. If the electrode is not pre-calendered, calendering is recommended to achieve the specified compaction density.
2. The areal density should be calculated based on the actual mass of each punched electrode.
3. Prior to use, the electrodes should be vacuum dried at 105 °C for 4 hours before transfer into the glove box.

Note: Since the electrodes are single-side-coated, calendering may cause curling issues. Batch-to-batch variations are within normal manufacturing tolerances.
