Thank you for shopping with Beyond Battery. We are committed to providing a smooth and transparent shipping experience for our global customers. Please review the following shipping terms and conditions before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Times
As we offer a combination of ready-stock, back-ordered, and customized products, processing times may vary depending on the item type.
In-Stock Items (Ex-Stock) Orders containing in-stock items are typically processed and handed over to the courier within 3–5 business days.
Back-Ordered Items Back-ordered products generally require approximately 10–14 business days for preparation before shipment.
Customized or Made-to-Order Items Customized products typically require approximately 30 business days for production, testing, and preparation prior to shipment. Actual lead times may vary depending on product complexity, material availability, and project requirements.
Mixed Orders Orders containing multiple item types may be shipped together once all items are ready. Beyond Battery reserves the right to split shipments when appropriate. Customers requesting partial shipments may incur additional shipping charges.
Note: Business days refer to Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in Singapore.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on product weight, package dimensions, destination country, and selected courier service.
Our primary international courier partners include:
- FedEx
- DHL Express
Free Shipping (United States Only) We offer Free Standard Shipping for orders shipped to the United States with a total order value above USD 800 for Non-DG goods.
3. International Shipping
Beyond Battery ships worldwide to destinations supported by our courier partners, except for countries or territories subject to shipping restrictions, export controls, or carrier limitations.
Certain products — including lithium-containing materials, chemicals, hazardous goods, or regulated items — may require additional documentation, special packaging, or alternative shipping arrangements depending on destination regulations.
4. Duties, Taxes & Customs Clearance (DAP Terms)
International shipments are currently shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. Beyond Battery will arrange shipment to the destination country using internationally recognized courier partners.
The customer is solely responsible for:
- Import duties
- Customs clearance fees
- VAT/GST or local taxes
- Brokerage charges imposed by the destination country
⚠️ Customs clearance procedures and tax payments may affect delivery timelines. Customers are strongly advised to monitor tracking updates closely and respond promptly to any customs or courier requests.
5. Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, international shipments typically require approximately 3–7 business days for delivery depending on destination and customs clearance efficiency.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by:
- Customs inspections
- Airline or courier delays
- Dangerous goods handling requirements
- Weather conditions
- Geopolitical or regulatory restrictions
- Local delivery conditions
Beyond Battery is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, courier operations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active within the courier system.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within the expected processing window, please contact us at orders@beyond-battery.com.
7. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses, contact numbers, and recipient information provided during checkout are accurate and complete.
Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, rerouting requests, refused shipments, or returned packages may be charged to the customer. If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs duties or failed delivery attempts, return shipping fees and related charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Beyond Battery is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from inaccurate address information provided by the customer.
8. Dangerous Goods & Regulated Shipments
Certain products sold by Beyond Battery — including lithium-containing materials, chemicals, reagents, pressurized systems, or other regulated items — are subject to international dangerous goods regulations and carrier restrictions.
Such shipments may require:
- UN-compliant packaging and labeling
- Dangerous goods declarations
- Carrier pre-approval
- Alternative routing or courier arrangements
Beyond Battery will make reasonable efforts to arrange compliant shipment. However, customers are advised that dangerous goods shipments may have longer processing times, limited carrier options, or destination restrictions. Beyond Battery reserves the right to contact customers to discuss alternative arrangements where standard shipping is not feasible.
9. Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives visibly damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and provide:
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Photos of damaged items
- Order number and shipment details
This allows us to investigate the issue promptly with the courier provider. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for investigation or compensation.
