4. Custom Orders & Engineering Fabrication
Customized, made-to-order, fabricated, or supplier-procured products may require technical confirmation, engineering review, material procurement, manufacturing lead time, and supplier coordination.
Customers are responsible for confirming technical requirements and specifications before approving production. Once engineering review, production, fabrication, or raw material procurement has commenced, customized or made-to-order products generally cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.
5. Billing & Account Information
Customers agree to provide accurate and complete billing information, shipping information, payment details, contact details, and institutional or company information where applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized transactions, export violations, reseller abuse, false information, or dangerous goods compliance risks.
If an order is modified or cancelled, we may attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

Customers agree to comply with all applicable export control laws, customs regulations, dangerous goods regulations, international trade laws, and economic sanctions requirements.

Certain products sold by Beyond Battery may involve lithium-containing materials, chemicals and reagents, pressurized systems, or hazardous and regulated materials.
Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable safety procedures, handling requirements, transportation regulations, storage requirements, disposal regulations, and dangerous goods compliance obligations.
⚠️ Improper handling, transportation, or usage of regulated products may result in safety hazards, regulatory penalties, shipment rejection, or legal liability.
