Silicon Carbon 420 Electrode Sheet (SC02XX) is based on Copper foil coated by Silicon Carbon 420 Electrode Sheet (SC0101) on a single side and can be used as lithium ion battery.
Initial Charge and Discharge Test Conditions:
- Temperature: 25°C
- Charge: First, charge at a constant current of 0.1C to 2.0V,
- Discharge: Discharge at a constant current of 0.1C/0.09C/0.08C/0.07C/0.06C/0.05C/0.04C/0.03C/0.02C/0.01C stages down to 0.005V.
Rate Performance Test Conditions:

Temperature: 25°C
- Charge: First, charge at a constant current at 0.1C/0.2C/0.5C/1C/2C/3C rates up to 2.0V.
- Discharge: Discharge at constant current rates of 1C/0.9C/0.8C/0.7C/0.6C/0.5C/0.4C/0.3C/0.2C/0.1C stages down to 0.005V.
Cycle Test Conditions:
- Temperature: 25°C
- Charge: First, charge at a constant current of 0.5C to 2.0V.
- Discharge: Discharge at a constant current of 1C/0.9C/0.8C/0.7C/0.6C/0.5C/0.4C/0.3C/0.2C/0.1C stages down to 0.005V.
.The electrolyte used corresponding to the performance data is silicon carbon-electrolyte (KLD-Si01).

Instructions For Use |
1. Electrode calendering should be performed according to the recommended compaction density. |
Note: Since the electrodes are single-side-coated, calendering may cause curling issues. Batch-to-batch variation within normal tolerance.
